One click connects you to NextEngine's expert Applications Engineers and let's you share your screen, viewfinder, or 3D model while you chat with an Engineer in real-time.

All NextEngine Applications Engineers are based in our Santa Monica, California Headquarters, and have been factory-trained in the use of our 3D Scanning instruments and Software. These Engineers are very knowledgeable and can generally answer your questions or diagnose a problem within a few minutes. This service is available Monday through Friday from 7AM to 6PM PST, and is completely free to all NextEngine customers.

The NextWiki online Support Center also provides frequently updated online documentation to walk you through installation, scanning, and building your digital model. Your support sessions are automatically archived and searchable within the NextWiki, should you need to refer to them in the future.
